Broadcast Media Monitoring
The uninterrupted delivery of broadcast media items throughout the day across radio and television stations covering both national and community channels.
Traditionally broadcast monitoring has been done by listening and or watching the channels and was therefore very reliant on humans with high inaccuracy rates and slow turn-around times.
As time passed, we recognised that relying on human allocation alone is not feasible due to high cost and volume of information and we therefore now make use of voice-to-text recognition software overlaid with human validation to hit the right accuracy balance.
